STRESS---TIME!!!
Research has shown that multi-tasking doesn't work long term.It causes major stress and a 'make do' attitude that life doesn't deserve.
Who ever heard of a great artist or sculpture multi-tasking??
Think about chunking up (a good NLP term) your tasks, and see which are priorities, which are urgent, and which give you a quality of life.
And remember to ink yourself in to each day.... you need time for you!
